CoinSMD Ltd Terms of Service<\/strong><\/h2>

Page 1 | General Provisions & Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h3>

These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) constitute a legal agreement between you (\u201cUser\u201d) and CoinSMD Ltd (\u201cthe Company\u201d or \u201cthe Platform\u201d) regarding the use of the Company\u2019s digital asset trading and related services.
By accessing or using any product, website, API, mobile application, or trading tool provided by the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained herein.<\/p>

    Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms to ensure lawful, honest, and transparent conduct when using any service of the Platform.<\/p>

    CoinSMD provides a comprehensive digital asset service ecosystem, including but not limited to:<\/p>

    • Trading Services:<\/strong> Users can trade spot, futures, and options within the Platform, which automatically executes matching and settlement.<\/p><\/li>

    • Copy Trading:<\/strong> Users may follow professional traders through public strategies using copy-trading tools.<\/p><\/li>

    • Asset Management & Analytics:<\/strong> Data visualization and algorithmic models help users track portfolio performance and market dynamics.<\/p><\/li>

    • API Access:<\/strong> Professional users and institutions can use APIs for programmatic trading and strategy deployment.<\/p><\/li>

    • Education & Information:<\/strong> Risk education, market insights, and technical explanations help users understand the digital asset ecosystem.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Users must use these services only for lawful purposes and must not engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, data abuse, or price manipulation.
      The Platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate services for security or compliance reasons without prior notice.
      CoinSMD does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for delays caused by market volatility, network outages, regulatory changes, or maintenance.<\/p>

      The Platform strives to maintain a transparent, fair, and compliant trading environment. However, users must understand that digital asset trading involves high volatility and technological risk, and users bear all resulting losses.<\/p>

      Page 3 | Account Registration & Identity Verification<\/strong><\/h3>

      Eligibility:<\/strong> Users must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity. Institutional users must be legally established entities. The Platform reserves the right to reject ineligible applicants.<\/p>

      KYC\/AML:<\/strong> To comply with international anti\u2013money laundering and regulatory requirements, users must submit valid identification, address proof, and source of funds documentation. The Platform reserves the right to review and verify these materials.<\/p>

      Account Security:<\/strong> Users must safeguard login credentials, passwords, 2FA keys, and security codes. The Platform will never request passwords or codes through unofficial channels.<\/p>

      Account Restrictions:<\/strong> Each user may hold only one primary account and may not lend, transfer, or rent their account to others.<\/p>

      Users are fully responsible for the security and use of their accounts.

      • Keep login credentials and devices secure; never disclose them to third parties.<\/p><\/li>

      • Bear full responsibility for all activities conducted through their accounts, including trades, transfers, copy-trading, or API calls.<\/p><\/li>

      • Report suspicious or unauthorized activities immediately via the Platform\u2019s security system.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Account Restrictions:<\/strong> The Platform may restrict an account if:<\/p>

        • The user violates these Terms or regulations.<\/p><\/li>

          Maintenance & Downtime:<\/strong> The Platform may perform maintenance or upgrades, during which some functions may be temporarily unavailable. The Platform is not liable for any resulting losses.<\/p>

          CoinSMD employs layered security controls and audits to protect users\u2019 assets but reminds users that online risks remain and that they should take precautions accordingly.<\/p>

          CoinSMD\u2019s trading system operates through automated matching and smart execution. All trades are subject to the following rules:<\/p>

          • Order Matching:<\/strong> Orders are queued and executed automatically; completed trades update account balances in real time.<\/p><\/li>

          • Pricing & Liquidity:<\/strong> Prices are based on market supply and demand, order book depth, and algorithmic pricing.<\/p><\/li>

          • Delays or Failures:<\/strong> Execution may be delayed due to network congestion or blockchain load. The Platform will act reasonably to resolve issues but is not liable for external causes.<\/p><\/li>

          • Copy Trading:<\/strong> Users independently choose strategies and traders to follow. The Platform provides only the technical bridge and does not participate in fund management or decision-making.<\/p><\/li>

          • Market Suspension:<\/strong> The Platform may suspend trading during extreme volatility or abnormal system activity.<\/p><\/li>

                  Digital asset trading involves high risk and unpredictability. Prices may fluctuate dramatically, potentially leading to total loss. Users must understand and accept these risks.<\/p>

                  • Market Risk:<\/strong> Influenced by global supply\/demand, regulation, liquidity, and macroeconomic conditions.<\/p><\/li>

                  • Technical Risk:<\/strong> Vulnerabilities such as hacking, software defects, or network failures.<\/p><\/li>

                  • Regulatory Risk:<\/strong> Policies may change, affecting availability or legality of certain assets.<\/p><\/li>

                  • Third-Party Risk:<\/strong> CoinSMD is not liable for failures of external systems such as payment gateways or blockchains.<\/p><\/li>

                  • Force Majeure:<\/strong> No liability for losses caused by natural disasters, war, communication failures, or government actions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    The Platform provides technology and matching services only\u2014it does not offer investment advice or guarantees.
                    Users bear all liabilities arising from their use of the services. CoinSMD disclaims all damages not caused by its direct fault.<\/p>

                        Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license<\/strong> for personal or internal institutional use only.
                        Without written permission, users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or extract source code.<\/p>

                        User-generated content must comply with laws and respect third-party rights. The Platform may remove infringing or prohibited content without notice.<\/p>

                        Unauthorized use of Platform data or technology constitutes infringement, subject to legal action.<\/p>
